Use of Service
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your personal or commercial use. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Payment and Billing
Payment for the Service is required in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Engage365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Engage365. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Engage365 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
